What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• When you email us: your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
• When you book a call: the details you enter in the booking form, such as your name, email address and any notes you add.

This site has no contact forms, no analytics, no cookies and no tracking pixels. We do not buy personal information or collect it from other sources.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• reply to your message
• set up and hold the call you booked
• talk with you about working together, and run that relationship if you become a client

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for anything else without asking you first.

Booking calls

Calls are booked through a third-party scheduling service. It handles the details you enter under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details so we can hold the call.

Website hosting

This site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Like most web hosts, it may keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. We do not use these logs to identify you.

Where your information is stored

Some of the services we use, including our scheduling service and our hosting provider, may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information stored there may be accessible to authorities under local law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you and to run our relationship with you. After that, we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access limited to the people who need it and services with standard security protections.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you
• correct information that is wrong
• delete your information, where the law allows

Email ryan@nextlead.ca. We will reply as soon as we can, and within the time the law requires. We may need to confirm your identity first.

You can also withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. If you do, we will stop using your information, subject to any legal requirements.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the start of this page.
